Why Metro Remodeling & Renovation
Is Unique, Faster and Less Expensive
When Repairing or Remodeling Your Home
At Metro Remodeling, we have developed a business system that uses very skilled and
specialized work crews tailored to a specific task. We have dedicated trained crews that prep
the jobsite then another skilled crew will remove the old siding and still another that starts the
remediation. As a matter of fact, we can use up to NINE different, very specialized crews
for any one project. Since these crews are very experienced, they work very accurately and
more efficient compared to a traditional company that uses two or three crews to do everything.
When a specialized, experienced crew does a job, there is no wasted time. They know exactly
what they are doing and they know by experience, the fastest way to get it done. This is where
their work history really comes into play. These crews have done these same jobs so many
times they actually make what they do look very easy. There is absolutely no time wasted.
On most of our repair projects, the exterior finish removal crew isn't done with the removal
process before the remediation crew starts. Our crews are "orchestrated" by highly
experienced Job Superintendents. There can be multiple crews working on the different stages
of your project at the same time. When we said Metro RR very very Efficient, we meant it.
You Won't Be Living With Your Home Torn Apart,
Dirty Construction Debris And Noisy Work Crews Forever
The thought of waking up to pounding work crews for 4 months isn't very appealing. What our
efficiency means to you, the home owner, is Less Disruption of Your Life. Your project is
completed with the Highest Quality Craftsmanship in the least amount of time possible... But
that's not all, because of our experience and our unique business model we are more often
than not lower in price than a typical remodeling/renovation company.
Examine the actual exact process we use when orchestrating your project from start to
finish.
